Customer Insight analytic by SCB

Functional Responsibilities

• Build & harvest bank-wide CRM/Analytics, marketing database operations, and services database across all channels, to provide extensive of customer insights, portfolio understanding, spot new opportunity to expand business, etc.

• Drive customer insight and analysis to assist and create customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty activities including targeted marketing initiatives

• Provide better understanding of retail products, retail customer segment, SSME, SME and corporate products and business customer segment using insights analytics

• Deliver business analytics & customer insight to business as growth initiator

• Develop portfolio analysis & customers understanding/profiles to support  and lead business decision

• Implement customers strategy based cross-selling to optimize customer life time profitability

• Create customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty activities including targeted marketing initiatives

• Build criteria targeted leads on campaign management system: traditional base, event base & report out campaign assessment across all channels 

• Execute adhoc assigment/campaign regarding to business directions through pre/post analysis to generate incremental revenue
